Marian A. Wagner, 95, a resident of the Susque-View Home, Lock Haven formerly of Mill Hall died June 4, 2012 at Susque-View. She was born June 29, 1916 in Cooper Twp., Clearfield
Co., a daughter of the late Samuel K. & Sadie Blevan Haines. On Feb. 23, 1943 she married Melvin L. Wagner who died Oct. 13, 1998.
Marian was a homemaker who had worked at Piper Aircraft earlier in life. She was a member of the Mill Hall United Methodist Church, the Women's Society of the Church & the Guild Class.
She is survived by 3 sons; Robert L. Emert, Lock Haven; Melvin L. Wagner, Jr., Lock Haven & Thomas L. Wagner, Mill Hall, 2 daughters; Julia Confer, Mill Hall & Kathy Askins, Lamar. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Samuel Haines also by a daughter, Virginia DeGarmo & 2 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild.
Services will be at the convenience of the family with no public visitation. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Mill Hall. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mill Hall United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
