Doyle D. Geyer, 82, previously of 311 Magnolia Street, Mill Hall, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Doyle was born April 17, 1940 in Mill Hall, PA to the late Lewis and Helen Annie (Geraty) Geyer. He was a 1958 graduate of Bald Eagle-Nittany High School where he played football and wrestled. Doyle married his high school sweetheart, Mary Louise Heimer, on May 14, 1960, with whom he celebrated 58 years of marriage in 2018 prior to her passing in 2019.
Doyle retired from Lock Haven University and had previously worked for Hammermill Paper Co. He had been a social member of the Sons of Italy, VFW, American Legion, and Castanea Fire Company.
