Robert H. (Bob) Tressler, Sr., 72, 200 E. Keller St., Castanea, PA died September 14, 2021 at his residence. Born August 16, 1949 in Lock Haven he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna Bierly Tressler. On October 28, 1977 in Lock Haven he married Donna Rae Yearick who passed away March 30, 2013.
Robert was a truck driver most of his life and had been employed by Sullivan’s Moving and Storage for many years before retirement. Most recently he had worked for Martin Motor Co. for his dear friend, Tom Haffley.
He spent many years driving Dare Devil and 4 cylinders at the Clinton Co. Speedway. Robert had a love of racing and played a big part in his boys racing. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren playing baseball, hunting, mountain rides, going to the beach, working on cars and spending time with his family.

3 step-sons: William (Marlene) Major and Michael Major both of Castanea and Chad (Dana) Major

A funeral service to honor the life of Robert H. Tressler, Sr. will be held Saturday, Sept.18, 2021 at 12 Noon in the Dean K. Wetzler, Jr. Funeral Home, 320 Main St. Mill Hall, PA with Pastor Richard Conklin officiating. Interment, Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall, PA
Friends will be received in the funeral home Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until time of services.
